As a Data and System Analyst III (also known to our customers as a Program Integrator), you will be assigned to a specific customer to support and ensure their success. You will provide input on technical authoring specification and how to be compliant with them. You will look for process and business improvements to assist in ensuring deadlines are met. You will provide technical assistance on software and data issues through email, conference calls and meetings, and respond to all customer needs in a professional and friendly manner. You will be responsible for assisting the team in tough customer situations while ensuring the customer is satisfied.

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Preferred Degree: Technical Field

EXPERIENCE:
3 - 5 years related work experience.
• 5 years Customer Service background
• 2-3 years of leadership experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized and detail oriented
• Experience with and enthusiasm for resolving complex customer care issues.

Desire Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience with the S1000D specification
• Experience in aircraft technical authoring
• Proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and driving solutions
• Creative problem-solving capabilities, ownership of issues, and follow-up.

Responsibilities:
• Provide training on new releases of software and support user training for implementation.
• Track and provide status on program specific defects, change requests and customer cases.
• Coordinate and maintain the Master Issues Lists, including review with the program leads in quarterly meetings.
• Perform onsite meetings with the program(s) to gain a full understanding of the way the program does business and provide suggestions to increase performance and efficiency.
• Act as the liaison between the program team leads and the development team throughout the requirements and design process and facilitate peer reviews of deliverables.
• Perform user testing to verify new software releases benefit the program and the way they do business.
• Provide S1000D expertise and solutions to meet program business process needs.
• Conducts interviews with users, customers, owners, stake holders, developers and infrastructure teams to gather information on problems, requirements and processes.
• Provide consulting on requests submitted from the program leads. Consulting support may include creating scripting for reports, data mining, batch changes, consulting on difficult matters, data conversion, stylesheet modifications, etc.
• Knowledge of system analysis methodologies and tools including UML, object models, data modeling, data flow diagrams and other software development artifacts and methodologies.
• Ability to develop solutions that are imaginative, thorough, practicable and consistent with organization objectives.
• Possess understanding and the ability to work with other related functional groups.
• Ability to meet schedules and deadlines.
• Other duties as assigned.
