The Boeing Commercial Airplanes Seats & In-Flight Entertainment & Connectivity Integration Team (SIT & IFEC) is looking for an Entry Level (Level 1) Operations Procurement Agent to join the Supply Chain Operations team in located in both Everett, Washington and Renton, Washington!
The BCA SIT Team provides a great opportunity to build skills in development program execution with cutting-edge seating, in-flight entertainment & connectivity products that are key to our customer's product differentiation; these can be either BFE (Buyer Furnished Equipment) or SFE (Seller Furnished Equipment) products. Our team works with suppliers and airlines around the world in building our commercial airplanes to bring development seats and in-flight entertainment to service in of our commercial fleet. As a procurement agent you will be part of an Integrated Product Team (IPT), and have an interfacing relationship with Program Management, Quality and Engineering. You will regularly interface with program/operations leadership and airline customers.
Position may require up to 25% domestic and/or international travel.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assists with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
- Supports the sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.
- Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
- Experience working with Supply Chain processes
- Experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing and analyzing data for a cross-functional team
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or higher / military experience
- Internship or job experience in Supply Chain Operations and/or the Aerospace industry
- Experience analyzing and developing Key Performance Indicators
- Experience/knowledge of Procurement Process
- Experience working with Procurement Systems
- Experience working in manufacturing or aerospace industry
Typical Education/Experience:
Related work experience, relevant military experience, or advanced degree preferred, but not required.

Summary pay range: $59,800 - $65,000
