Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Entry-Level Propulsion Structures 638 Tech Drafters team based in Renton or Everett, WA.

This is a contractual position expected to last for 12 months.

Position Responsibilities:

• Follows specific instructions to translate sketches or layouts and written specifications of engineering requirements into product definition data (e.g., detail, assembly and installation drawings, Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) data, Bill of Material (BOM) etc.) based on applicable standards and established precedents
• Assists with self-validation of product definition data to insure the accuracy of completed work

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.  This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Associates degree or years related work experience, or equivalent combination

Typical Education & Experience:

Entry-Level: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 2 years' related work experience)

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense

Summary pay range Entry-Level: $45,900 - $62,100
