The Boeing Company is looking for an Experienced SAP Functional Analyst. This position can be based out of Kent - WA; Auburn - WA; Bellevue - WA; Berkeley - MO; Chicago - IL; Colorado Springs - CO; El Segundo - CA; Everett - WA; Hazelwood - MO; Herndon - VA; Huntington Beach - CA; Huntsville - AL; Long Beach - CA; Mesa - AZ; North Charleston - SC; Oklahoma City - OK; Plano - TX; Renton - WA; Ridley Park - PA; San Antonio - TX; Seal Beach - CA; or Seattle - WA.
This position will support Boeing's Supply Chain Management Organization. As an SAP Functional Analyst, you will join the in-house ERP project OTC team within the Business and Supply Chain Systems. In this role you will develop, perform analysis and research of processes, applications, systems and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design.
Position Responsibilities:
Independently take up and participate in requirement gathering, document preparation, end-to-end solution design, functional spec preparation, realization and deployment.
Collaborate with multi-functional teams comprising of business Subject Matter Experts, Architects, Developers and System Integrators on current processes and proposing solutions to improve current systems.
Identify, recommend and implement complex configuration solutions and implement full cycle configuration to meet business needs; create and update associated documentation.
Participate in the project delivery during testing cycles and lead the root cause analysis and correction of issues.
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years’ experience in SAP
3+ years of experience with SAP Sales & Distribution module with expertise in Finance & Accounting integrations with a focus on billing, tax, rebate management & intercompany process
3+ years of experience with implementation of invoice to receipt (I2R), Contract Management (CM) for complex environments
3+ years of hands on experience working on End-to-End process in Order to Cash (OTC) processes, across various business scenarios
1+ years of experience working on interfaces connecting SAP and non-SAP systems (IDOCs - Intermediate documents, BAPIs - Business Application Programming Interface, RFCs - Remote Function Calls and Customs programs.)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Implementation knowledge in SAP SD mainly covering: Business Partner, SD Master Data, Order Management, Billing, Estimation & Pricing, Condition types, Output management, project related billing, and Integrations with other modules
Solid understanding of SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting & Reporting)
In depth knowledge of SAP SD user exits, batch jobs, SAP standard reports
Certifications in either SAP SD or S/4 HANA
Knowledge and Experience of SAP Activate methodology and Agile (SAFe) development methods
Familiar with Supply Chain business models, Contracts and Fiori User Interface
Outstanding Communication and Interpersonal skills
Strong Knowledge of Pricing and Tax configuration
Strong Knowledge Key Process such as Rebate management, Intercompany Process
Knowledge on SAP Hybris
Typical Education/Experience:
Typically, 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Summary pay range: $81,600.00–$126,500.00
