Boeing’s Enterprise Service has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Architect! In this role you will function as a Business Architect partnering cross-functionally to provide end-to-end expertise relating to the development, maintenance and oversight of job processes, tasks and products to determine Business Architecture requirements. This BA role will be responsible for analyzing change requests ensuring these requests align to the standards, methods and conventions.
This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and does not require applicants to live in Renton, WA.
Analyzes job processes, tasks and products to determine Business Architecture requirements.
Coordinates with process owners to develop and manage catalog standards.
Assists with review and validation of change requests and associated catalogs to determine relevancy, accuracy and compliance (first pass Quality).
Develops, maintains and manages Business Architecture modeling and model standards, methods and conventions.
Develops, maintains, and manages tip sheets and training for catalog change request process
Develops, maintains, and manages Business Architecture catalog metrics and key performance indicators
Reviews request for change for adherence to standards and guidance.
Assesses impact of change requests and ensures communication occurs to all effected parties.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
1+ years of experience with process architecture and/or business architecture
3+ years of experience in program or project management
3+ years of experience working in a cross-functional team – i.e. collaboration with varying technical disciplines, clearly communicating up and down the food chain, does not require micro-management, can give and take orders, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
BA experience and fundamental principles
Established track record of success with cross-functional projects that have challenging schedule and high impact opportunities
Established track record of meeting deliverables on time and with first-time quality
Modeling application experience with various architecture experience (e.g. CAMEO, ARIS...etc.)
Experience with and a working experience with Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) and The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF)
Microsoft Office including proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, including the use of styles
Experience working in fast paced and deliverable driven environment
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
