The Boeing Company is looking for an Entry-Level Production Equipment Provisioning Analyst based out of Ridley, PA
This position will help shape the strategic vision for a new organization that is critical to the site’s continuing success. This position is responsible for Production Equipment Provisioning, and ensuring all tools and machine support the site. You will work with a cross-functional team of equipment engineers, finance, procurement specialists, equipment maintenance, site business partners and leaders.
Position Responsibilities:
Follows preestablished processes to monitor schedule dates
When directed, communicates with internal and external suppliers to provide information regarding alignment to scheduled activities
Under direct supervision, collects and logs accurate information, runs standard reports, and maintains records per record retention guidelines
May perform some elementary analysis using developed tools
Receives and inputs internal and external customer requests for services and goods related to production equipment, and systems
With supervision, supports the processing of requests to meet customer needs through predetermined criteria
Receives request for materials and services and verifies the priority, source and method to ensure end-user needs are met
Uses procurements systems to process orders
Uses contract files and procurements systems to review contracts specifications for scope of work, such as costs, terms and ownership to meet Supplier Management procedures and requirements
Generates purchase requisitions (PR's) for scheduled services and other miscellaneous service orders
Interacts with the supplier via phone, fax or email to obtain the price and availability of request and confirm order and follow-up with systems input to fulfill end-user request
Communicates with end-user via phone, fax or email to ensure satisfaction in the delivery date, location, and product received
Communicates any changes that may impact end-user schedule
Collects all appropriate documentation to support the completion of requested material or services and process request for payment by using the appropriate system interface
Collects and maintains procurement records in accordance with Supplier Management policies and procedures and company guidelines
Inputs catalogue item description and inventory information into systems for automatic reorder
Analyzes and forecasts the min/max requirements to ensure availability of products for end-users
Retrieves data for analysis to support business or government requirements using system reports for metrics, supplier costs, cycle-time and inventory turn rate in addition to other reports
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience working with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience working in Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems including the Material requirements planning (MRP) functions and inventory control functions
Experience with procurement and ordering
Experience in high pressure environments where you had to make decisions quickly
Experience being a clear and confident communicator to technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of the organization
Typical Education/Experience:
Bachelors degree.
