Boeing Saudi Arabia is seeking a Financial Analyst, who is looking to expand their leadership skills, visibility, and leveraged contributions, to join our Finance team in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This position offers exciting opportunity to lead and support Boeing Saudi Arabia business growth and financial performance, including primary responsibilities for Rates & Forecasting and Estimating & Pricing.  Candidate will have opportunities to support special/ad hoc projects, as well as providing financial insights that inform and drive business performance.  Candidate will have opportunity to work closely with the Technical Leaders, Senior Level Managers, Program Management, Finance, and Business Management.

Position Overview:

Boeing Saudi Arabia Finance team supports Boeing’s in-kingdom defense, commercial, and services business execution and growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

This is a Financial Analyst role.  Your duties will include (but are not limited to):

o  Develops, analyzes, reviews and maintains resource forecasts and/or Estimates at Completion (EACs) at the control account, budget, function or pool level; financial EACs at the contract or program level.

o Develops performance reports and initiates variance analyses to provide understanding of operational and financial performance.

o Makes recommendations to management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience.

o Develops, reviews, analyzes and maintains cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including earned value, and variance analyses and communicates cost and/or schedule trends.

o Analyzes business opportunities and business cases.

Skills:

o Ability to learn and demonstrate Financial Operations processes, policies, and procedures.

o Demonstrated organizational, people and leadership skills, analytical and problem solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills are essential.

o Proactive and able to work under requirements of meeting multiple deadlines, possess a positive work attitude, have partner and customer oriented mindset, and work well in a team environment.

o Intermediate to advanced computer skills and proficiency with MS Office including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel.

o Strong written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communications skills in English and Arabic (native speaker - fluency).

o Understanding of audit process and ability to work through issues with auditors and advisors.

This requisition is for an international, locally hired position. Pay and benefits are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll. Relocation benefits are available. Successful candidates must be Saudi nationals or be able to obtain and maintain legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia for continued employment. The company will support the employee and administer the immigration process, but the candidate is ultimately responsible to obtain legal authorization as such authorization is determined by Saudi Arabia based on the applicant's education and personal background.

Qualifications

Preferred:

o Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting from accredited university and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree in Finance or Accounting from accredited university and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
