Experienced Solution Data Architect
Boeing Company is looking for an Experienced Solution Data Architect for our Seattle, WA, USA, Charleston, SC, USA, and St. Louis, MO, USA Facility. The Architecture will be an integral member of the Data Migration Factory Services Team. This position designs, develops, maintains and optimizes internal company data architecture for complex databases required for Data Migration Factory Services. Develop service architecture to include; user experience, validation & verification services, staging and storage service, and DevSecOps services. Develop & implement data quality processes and metrics. Enable and support alignment and enhancement of an enterprise-level data models, definitions and data standards. Develop data model services to enable stakeholders to build their data mapping using existing data models. Develop data model services to enable stakeholders to build their data mapping using existing data models. Define and develop post migration services to include Artificial intelligence and Machine learning methods and technologies. Leads activities to develop and maintain complex infrastructure systems (e.g., data warehouses, data lakes) including data access APIs. Analyzes and manages complex data. Guides other data and analytics professionals on data standards, practices, and product roadmaps. Leads cross-functional teams to include suppliers on developing services and complex integrated architectures. Creates a culture of sharing, reuse, design for scale stability, and operational efficiency of data and analytics solutions.

- Lead cross-functional teams in data migration activities
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
- 2+ years of experience with building processes that support data transformation, data structures, metadata in an industry setting
- 2+ years of experience providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with a specific projects
- 2+ years of experience in developing technical requirements for a development program
- 2 + years of experience with Cloud hosted platform such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- 2+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications/Desired Skills (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years’ experience with Marklogic, TAMR, Splunk, Azure DevOps, Docker, git, Ansible
- 1+ years of migration to cloud services
- 1+ years of Machine Learning experience
- 1+ years of Artificial Intelligence experience
- 1+ years of DevSecOps experience
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.).
Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
Shift: This position is for 1st shift.

Salary Range: $122,400- $177,100
