Boeing Commercial Airplanes is looking for Associate and Mid-Level NDT Quality Tests Specialists (level 2 and 3) based out of Seattle, and Renton, WA to support the 737 Quality Program.
A qualified candidate in this role must be willing to work at either of the listed locations and support either a 2nd or 3rd shift working schedule.

Position Responsibilities:
- Performs setup for specialized non-destructive test or measurement equipment to controlled standards.
- Assists in the documentation of procedures for setting up test equipment. Analyzes routine test, inspection or statistical data to determine product and processes conformity.
- Assists with standard corrective action recommendations.
- Documents and communicates standard test, analysis or measurement results.
- Reports potential adverse trends or anomalous results.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years of education OR experience in NDI (non-destructive inspection) or NDT (non-destructive test)
- Ability to work variable shifts, overtime, and occasional weekends if necessary
- Ability to travel 15% of the time
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 800 hours of Eddy Current Testing (ET)
- 800 hours of Ultrasonic Testing (UT)

Typical Education/Experience:
Associate (level 2)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor, 3 years' related work experience, etc.).
Mid-level (level 3)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years' related work experience, 5 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range: (Associate): $52,700.00 – $71,300.00
Summary pay range (Mid-Level): $62,900.00 – $85,100.00
