Boeing Global Services Training Solutions is on the lookout for a dynamic and innovative Product Manager to spearhead our early career flight training portfolio. In this critical role, you will play a key part in defining and developing state-of-the-art digital training solutions that will shape the future of aviation pilots globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Leadership: Act as the product leader for our early career flight training initiatives, driving vision and strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with diverse teams to design and implement engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Expertise Utilization: Leverage your knowledge of learning management systems, portals, and eCommerce to enhance our training offerings.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics to extract actionable insights, designing and implementing analytics dashboards to measure learning outcomes.
  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong partnerships across the organization to ensure seamless integration with our broader learning ecosystem.
  • KPI Management: Establish, track, and deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and impact.
  • Product Opportunity Translation: Convert product requirements into clear opportunities by defining epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans that deliver measurable business value.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee vendor performance to meet delivery and quality targets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct discovery, validate requirements, and prioritize features based on impact, risk, and reuse potential.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure platform security, data privacy (GDPR), regulatory compliance, and content governance are integrated into product requirements and delivery.
  • Success Metrics Definition: Define and report on product success metrics (e.g., adoption rates, time-to-publish, completion rates) and leverage analytics for continuous improvement.
  • User Acceptance Testing: Lead user-acceptance testing, pilot programs, and phased rollouts; gather feedback and iterate on user experience, integrations, and operational workflows to maximize adoption.
  • Release Logistics Management: Coordinate engineering, content teams, vendors, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation to ensure timely and within-scope releases.

              Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in product management, particularly within the education or training sectors.
  • Technical Background: Strong background in learning management systems and eCommerce platforms.
  • Engagement Skills: Demonstrated ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Proficiency in data analytics and experience with analytics dashboard design.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of building cross-functional partnerships.
  • KPI Achievement: Ability to set, measure, and achieve ambitious KPIs that drive product success.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 8+ years of software product management experience.
  • Proven experience managing vendor relationships, SOWs, and third-party integrations.
  • Experience working with APIs and integrations (LMS, DAM, translation/localization).
  • Excellent communication skills with non-technical stakeholders (instructional designers, SMEs) and engineers.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Prior product management experience leading SaaS or platform products.
  • Experience managing content, authoring tools, CMS, or learning/training products (LMS/CMS/LCMS).
  • Familiarity with publishing/export formats and standards (SCORM, xAPI, XML/DITA, or similar).
  • Experience in building comprehensive dashboards.
  • Familiarity with AI services in Azure.
  • Background in instructional design, learning principles, and training needs analysis methodologies

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary Pay Range: 127,500 – 172,500
