A Production Team Leader at Boeing Sheffield will be responsible for:
- Reporting progress throughout the day, and participating in daily tier meetings
- Using lean manufacturing principles and tools to optimize production
- Attending informal Genba Walk, identify the gaps
- Reviewing the KPI data
- Assisting team members solve technical problems, providing assistance and troubleshooting production issues
- You are studying in the field of Production Management, Manufacturing Management or Industrial Engineering
- You are familiar with Lean Manufacturing
- You have an experience to work on the projects
- You are able to communicate with stakeholders in English
