Job Description
Purpose:

Provide real time consultation for the HRBPs in the businesses and functions by integrating across the Communities of Excellence and the Employee Services Team to provide holistic, integrated solutions in the space of talent management, succession management, diversity and inclusion and the talent pipeline for all levels

 
Key Responsibilities:

As a member of the Global Talent, Diversity & Inclusion (GTDI) team, the Regional Talent Specialist is responsible for integrating across this Community of Excellence (COE) working with our experts in Talent management, Succession management, Diversity and Inclusion and our talent pipeline to provide integrated solutions to key Human Resource partners supporting the businesses and functions.


The Talent Specialist is responsible for planning, collaborating, developing and deploying key talent practices with our Human Resources team to tackle business challenges, pro-actively mitigate risks and ensure our business goals and objectives are met.


This Specialist develops measures and performance indicators to track effectiveness of GTDI initiatives in meeting business objectives and recommend innovative solutions. 

These individuals will also serve as the liaison between our subject matter experts, other COEs and our HR business partners to provide holistic solutions that support the needs of each unique business, to enable Best Team and Talent outcomes with a focus on a best in class employee experience culture.


This position will report to the Talent Client Services Leader for Boeing International.

 
Succession Planning:
    • Partners with HR Leaders, HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide talent solutions to meet the needs of each unique business in the Region
    • Acts as Talent Management Integrator with BI and BU TM focals to deliver programs and outputs to Business Unit programs

Talent Reviews

    • Partners with HR and business leaders to implement talent strategies to increase leadership effectiveness and assist in the identification, development and assignment of current and future leadership talent
    • Facilitates the deployment of key Talent Management processes, services and tools and pulls together fit-for-use packages, schedules and project plans to enable efficient process deployment
HR Capability Building:
    • Build HR Capability in Talent Management specialization, by coaching them and supporting them on live projects and initiatives
    • Deploy tools and processes consistently in the region and coach leaders and HRGs on how to apply these consistently

Qualifications
    • 8 to 10 years of Experience in Talent Management, HR Business Partnering or HR Consulting
    • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. A Master degree in Human Resources would be advantageous
    • Experience in partnering with Senior Business Leaders
    • Good working experience with a Multi-national Corporation within a Matrix Organization is preferred
    • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and influence
    • Ability to articulate clearly, tailor messaging for audiences, and facilitate discussions across all levels
    • Business acumen
    • Candidates who worked in or lived in one or more Asian countries specifically,  Australia, China, Korea and/or Japan would be preferred
    • Proficiency  in Mandarin, Korean and/or Japanese would be advantageous
