Job Description

The Boeing Company is currently seeking three Material Management for the
Engineering,Test and Technology (ET&T) group in St. Louis, MO.


Primary Responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzes material requirements for Boeing ET&T to determine appropriate attributes to drive accurate demand through the supply chain.
  • Assists in incorporating change and planning decisions.

  • Receiving and Inventorying of material, including government property.

  • Support engineering teams with material shortage reports.  

  • Learns Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies. 

  • Learns how to analyze material requirements.

  • Assists in coordinating with suppliers, customers, and engineering.

  • Supports the implementation of process improvements.

Qualifications

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.

Basic Required Qualifications:

  •     Experience in a warehouse environment.
  •     Inventory management experience.
  •     Prior inventory management information systems use.
  •     Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  •     Knowledge of Supply Chain management systems
  •     Strong oral and written communications skills
  •     Experience working in manufacturing environment around equipment


Typical Education:


Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
