Job Description
Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking mid-level Procurement Analysts to join the Supplier Management organization at the Boeing St. Louis facility. Multiple positions exist that vary in responsibility focused on gathering and evaluating data to support the needs of their assigned procurement teams.

Position Responsibilities:

- Defining, designing, planning and deploying internal/external projects.
- Developing processes and tools to measure key performance indicators.
- Extracting, analyzing and preparing reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan.
- Developing, documents and implementing processes and systems in support of company goals.
- Supporting the development and implementation of strategies.
- Identifying and implementing improvements to streamline and automate process flows.
- Distributing, updating and tracking procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis.
- Assessing and reporting compliance to internal/external stakeholders.
- Developing risk mitigation plans.

This position is located in St Louis, Missouri and does not offer relocation assistance. Applicants must reside in area or be willing to relocate at their own expense. 

Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements:
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Supplier Management or Production/Manufacturing Operations practices and processes.
- Experience interpreting data and presenting analysis and/or recommendations to management.
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

- Minimum 3 years of experience preparing reports in support of data analysis.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with analytics, data and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendations.

Typical Education / Experience:
Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
