Boeing’s ET&T/BT&E (Engineering Test and Technology/Test and Evaluation) Lab Test Business Operations organization is currently seeking a Staff Analyst to join their team to support the Mid-West Lab Test organization.
We are looking for a candidate that is able to analyze data, gather and integrate business requirements, and has an understanding of program /project management. This role will support independent work along with teamwork and requires strong time management and organizational skills.
This position is based in St. Louis, MO.
Collaborate with senior leaders to derive strategic actionable intelligence resulting in impactful decisions
Coordinate, schedule and capture actions for Gemba walks at the STL site
Lead and facilitate efforts to identify and execute improvement strategies focused on the team’s Strategic Priorities
Assist with tracking monthly Staffing updates using ESP or Adaptive Planning tool
Facilitate office U&O (Use and occupancy)
Tracking and identify opportunities to reduce footprint
Act as RIM Steward for Lab Test Value Stream
Assist with process definition and optimization
Assist with integration across groups

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience with PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and presentations
1+ years of facilitation experience
Experience in a Staff Analyst role
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experienced in Program/Project Management best practices
Experience leading projects for cross-functional teams
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).
