What you will do (day in the life):
Work on a critical knowledge sharing tool for the customer with real world applications.  The tool that the team works on is high-visibility and supports critical analysis supporting the crucial NGA missions and across the broader Intelligence Community (IC). Your work will enable NGA analysts to model data in real-time and will help drive more informed and timely decisions in matters of national security.

Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Value Capture Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will primarily concentrate on user adoption, including tasks such as value capture, defining metrics associated with usage value, optimizing workflows, and conducting comprehensive result analysis.

A Value Capture Lead on this team:

  • Provides administrative and logistical support including meeting arrangement, progress tracking, and documentation.
  • Coordinates project activities to ensure the project is on schedule.
  • Drive awareness, understanding and adoption of program goals and projects.
  • Support and create clear, consistent, and actionable communication through multiple mediums including emails, reports, dashboards, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams channels.
  • Develop and implement communication plans for assigned projects, including authoring/editing content.
  • Ensure all communications, reports, initiatives, released documentation, presentation resources, and related messaging are accurately and consistently developed, reviewed, conveyed, tracked, and stored to and for appropriate stakeholders - both internal and external.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and publications such as newsletters, bulletins, notices, workshops which require a range of writing and editing styles, from technical to journalistic.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate a shared communications library using SharePoint resources.
  • Support training of personnel on effective communications mechanisms and the Strategic Communication Plan.

Required Experience:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Ability to develop & use more complex concepts & processes.
  • Conduct root cause problem analysis and develop technical solutions to problems.
  • Guide & Support Junior level personnel.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or mid-level work experience in a similar role.
  • 4-8 years of experience.
  • Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Summary Pay Range: Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

$90,000 - $120,000
