Job Description
Experienced licensed journeyman plumber to support building and grounds maintenance and initial installations. Candidate must be able to perform routine diagnosing, testing, and repairing of all types of plumbing lines and fixtures, including repair, construct, install, rebuild, adjust, modify, and test air, gas, water, steam, drain line, heating, and sprinkler systems. Preferred candidates should have experience in backflow prevention, chemical process tank lines, and high pressure steam systems. Must demonstrate good safe working habits, quality, and professionalism on the job. Qualifications

Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years industrial or commercial plumbing and/or pipe fitting experience. Journeyman plumbing license preferred, not required 

 

This position requires an individual when working at heights to utilize fall protection equipment that has weight limitations.

 

High school graduate or GED preferred.

 

Training as a journeyman plumber, steamfitter, pipefitter, or equivalent apprenticeship program is a plus.

 

Experience installing waste, vent or plumbing systems is required.


Experience in the plumbing trade is required.

Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings is required.

 

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R.  § 120.15 is required
