Job Description
BOEING CANADA OPERATIONS LTD. - WINNIPEG DIVISION - designs, develops and fabricates advanced composite parts and sub-assemblies. Join Canada's largest aerospace composite manufacturer and help us as we strive to be the best.
 
Our student Interns are given a unique experience as they learn the ropes and attain newfound competencies. Interns are exposed to on-the-job challenges as they work on hands-on tasks, undergo training, and may have the opportunity to work on special projects.

Competencies
  • Strong oral and written communications skill; Should be comfortable presenting
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Able to meet deadlines and to juggle multiple priorities, while flawlessly executing on assignments in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Project Management and strong organizational skills

Qualifications
Education/Experience
  • Must be in the process of obtaining a post-secondary education focusing on supply chain management.
  • Must be a current full-time registered student with an accredited university / college.
  • At least two years in a post-secondary program related to this opportunity will be considered an asset.
  • Must have a Canadian High School diploma, GED in Canada, or equivalent
  • Must have demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
  • Experience or training in the area of Supplier Management and Procurement will be considered an asset.
  • Experience or training in technical writing will be considered an asset.
     
    *Graduates are ineligible unless continuing in post graduate studies.
    **Open to Co-op and non-co-op students**
     
    Working Hours/Duration
  • Monday – Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (maybe subject to change)
  • 4 Months
