Boeing Zhoushan Delivery Center is seeking a Record Accountability Analyst serves as the focal to maintain / build record integrity throughout production and delivery.
This position will be based in Zhoushan, Zhejiang Province, China.
Responsible to maintain build record integrity. Will require frequent use of database systems to ensure accuracy.
Assembles data packages and log books for traceable build records in accordance with applicable requirements to provide visibility of deliverable product build status.
Maintains records storage and shipping logs to assure availability.
Boeing Zhoushan Completion Center (BZCC) Records management. Must build communication with this department to ensure we are receiving the most accurate information for our accountability.
Reconcile erroneous data entries to ensure that all records are completed and accounted for by conducting database queries and performing audits that meet planning and production schedules.
Resolve any issues with duplicate serial numbers.
Prepare a complete and comprehensive delivery record package.

Ability to speak, read and write English.
College Degree or, 5 or more years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Understanding of assembly and manufacturing processes and terminology.
Ability to work with others as part of a team which includes working safely, giving and receiving feedback, assisting other with completion of tasks.
Possess interpersonal, listening, and participation skills
3+ years of experience in a Quality Management System
3+ years of experience aircraft production or similar production background
Experience in communicating with customers and building relationships
Experience with presenting documentation to customers
3 years of experience as a Quality inspector
This position offer one time domestic relocation based on candidate eligibility
