Meet Sarah, an engineer designing and manufacturing flight control components for Boeing’s 737, Dreamliner and 777 commercial aircraft in Melbourne.

She’s also part of our Engineering Career Foundation Program, meaning she rotates across four programs every six months to experience all the product lifecycle stages - model, design, physical, and virtual.

“I wanted to become an engineer because I really wanted to help people and society. I think engineering is a great way to be able to think creatively and problem solve in order to create a world that’s better than what it is today,” she explains.
