What's been the most rewarding project you've worked on as a Boeing intern?
Supporting fulfillment of the engine nacelle package allowed me to take on a functional role in my team. Working cross-functionally with procurement and production helped me improve my communication and critical thinking skills, and it improved my approach to problem-solving.
How will your internship experience at Boeing influence your future career?
This internship reaffirmed my interest in manufacturing and supply chain, specifically in fulfillment. This role allowed me to leverage everything I know and also measure myself against some of the highest standards in any industry.
What have you learned as an intern that you wouldn’t learn from your coursework?
Managing the supply chain in order to support production and enable the process is something you only gain insight into by working at a company like Boeing.
What's something you wish you knew before you started your internship?
I wish I knew more about the opportunities for informational interviews. I didn’t expect those kinds of opportunities, and I didn’t think about opportunities to further my career through networking.

Boeing builds some of the most capable and high-quality aerospace vehicles in the world. Every day, I’m inspired by the passion of those around me and the pride everyone takes in their work.
