We are looking for a ReliabilityEngineer to be based in Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore or Indonesia as part of the Boeing Global Support Center. He or she will provide training workshops to the Boeing customers and stakeholders. The engineer will support Boeing’s Global Initiatives & should be able to facilitate discussions in multiple languages.

Responsibilities:

  • Support special projects using professional data acquisition, analyzing & data mining skills in a wide range of subjects

  • Instruct Reliability workshops provided to our industry partners

  • Build and maintain close relationships with internal Boeing teams in SE Asia, China and the United States

Basic Qualification:

  • Deep knowledge / experience in data acquisition, processing / data mining

  • Makes use of and applies job practices, techniques, standards, principles, theories, and concepts

  • Solid knowledge of Statistics

  • Experienced in Tableau, SQL/HQL, Python, SPSS

  • Database knowledge like Oracle, Access etc.

  • Good command of English and local language (read, write, listen/speak, professional level proficiency)

  • Wide range of knowledge in aviation, aviation industry, and Boeing products/services is a plus

  • Data Analytics experience is a plus

  • Travel 25 - 50% of the time

    Preferred Qualifications :

    • Problem Solving: Excellent people skills, communication skills, and relationship skills. Coordinate and build relationships with the DGCA, manage special projects with DGCA and coordinate information/issues with internal Boeing organizations.

    • Discretion: Work under minimum direction from Manager of Global Support Center. Time management skills, project management skills.

    • Impact: Guides the successful completion of aspects of major programs and may function in a project leadership role. The results of these activities can have significant impact on special projects with the airline customers, Global Initiative team or the DGCA

    • Liaison: Represents the organization by providing solutions on difficult technical issues associated with specific projects. Interacts with inter-organization personnel and external customers. Must be able to develop a wide range of external and internal relationships (English and Bahasa).

    Relocation:

    • This position offer one time relocation support based on candidate eligibility.

    Work Authorization:
