Base pay
We attract the best people when we pay competitively. Your base pay is influenced by a number of factors: the content and level of work you perform on a daily basis, the value of the job in the external marketplace, the business environment and the value of your contribution to the company’s success.
Incentive Pay
When Boeing does well, our people should, too. For most of our workforce, individual performance is also a factor in determining annual incentive payouts. Recharging
You’ll have paid time to relax or recover, and up to 12 holidays per year — including a winter break between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day.
Paid parental leave
Our Paid Parental Leave provides mothers and fathers with 12 weeks of full pay for a birth, adoption, surrogacy or placement of a foster child. (And if you’re adopting, we’ll help with up to $10,000 of eligible expenses per adoption for up to two adoptions.)
Growing your family
Starting in 2022, Boeing will reimburse eligible employees for qualified surrogacy service expenses, up to a lifetime maximum of $15,000.
Being present
Take the time you need to care for a loved one with a leave of absence.
Serving
We’ll pay you for jury duty and temporary military service, including full pay for two weeks of mandatory annual military training.

Saving for retirement
Beginning in 2022, the Boeing Company 401(k) Retirement Plan (Boeing 401(k)) will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar on the first 10% of base and incentive pay that nonunion employees contribute to their 401(k). You’ll be fully vested in your and the company’s contributions as soon as they’re made and can choose from a variety of investment options. Active nonunion teammates as of Dec. 31, 2022, and 2023, will receive an additional 2% contribution from Boeing.
Free financial planning checkups
If you enroll in the Boeing 401(k), you’ll have access to retirement and financial planning at no additional cost.

Tax-advantaged accounts
You can make tax-free contributions to a Health Savings Account (HSA) (available for high-deductible health plan enrollees) or flexible spending accounts to cover eligible health and dependent care expenses. Some employees receive an HSA contribution from Boeing to help pay for health care costs.
Income protection
We offer life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance and business travel accident insurance at no cost. Some teammates can purchase additional coverage. Nonunion employees automatically receive short- and long-term disability insurance and have the option to purchase additional long-term insurance too.

Health care and dental coverage
You can choose a health care plan option (medical, prescription drug and vision coverage) that best meets your needs, including a high-deductible health plan with a Health Savings Account option (with an employer contribution). And our dental coverage includes orthodontia benefits — something not all plans provide. You can cover yourself, your spouse/domestic partner and eligible children.
