Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Agent to join our Seat Integration Team (SIT Operations) in Everett, Washington or Renton, Washington.

Join a collaborative, mission-driven team building the seat systems that help move people around the world. The Seat Integration Supply Chain Operations team works closely with engineering, airline customers, and supplier partners to develop, certify, and deliver world-class commercial airplane seating. What you will do:

  • Manage supplier relationships and lead project activities to meet development program milestones, certification, and customer introductions.

  • Monitor and communicate supply, demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance.

  • Define and communicate clear performance expectations and metrics; evaluate and report supplier performance.

  • Drive supplier production readiness for entry into service, including risk identification, mitigation planning, and recovery actions.

  • Consult with cross-functional Boeing stakeholders to resolve supplier performance or delivery issues.

  • Gather and maintain supplier product portfolio data and perform system transactions and data entry as required.

  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to assess seat offer ability and coordinate early engagement with airline customers.

  • Provide analysis, propose practical solutions, and manage expectations to meet customer and program needs.

Basic Qualifications (required on day one) Candidates must meet all of the following objective requirements:

  • 3+ years of project or program management experience

  • 3+ years of procurement and supply chain experience

  • 3+ years using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • 3+ years demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities

  • Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as needed (up to 25%)

Preferred Qualifications (nice to have / Level 3):

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in business, engineering, supply chain, or equivalent work experience

  • 5+ years experience drafting, negotiating, or executing complex contracts/subcontracts

  • 5+ years experience developing strategy or supply plans

  • 5+ years experience in aerospace, aviation, or high-volume manufacturing

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range:

Level 2: $80,170 – $101,600

Level 3: $94,900 - $128,200
