Boeing Commercial Airplanes(BCA) is seeking a MANUFACTURING CHANGE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (Level 3 or 4) to join the 737 Change Management Team in Renton, Washington, on 1st Shift. The candidate will partner with various engineering, supply chain, fabrication teams to ensure production deliverables are met for the airline customers.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicates schedules and change incorporation plans in manufacturing environments
  • Integrates and reviews product/process change requirements, and may determine or facilitate alternate design or manufacturing solutions
  • Performs analyses to ensure compliance of product definition changes with regulatory requirements
  • Analyzes and approves technical statements of work to ensure accurate descriptions of change
  • Monitors and verifies compliance with change incorporation plans, identifies non-conformities, and develops or oversees recovery plans as needed
  • Create executive summaries, presentations and communicate key points with management 
  • Work and/or collaboratewith engineering design, manufacturing engineering, supply chain management, materiel fabrication processes
  • Works under general to minimal direction

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience with change management or baseline management  
  • 3+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involve cross-functional teams 
  • 3+ years of experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders 
  • 3+ years of experience managing multiple deliverables and working in a team environment 
  • Computer proficiency including  Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) 
  • 3+ years of Scheduling experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years related work experience or/and equivalent combination of education and experience  
  • 5+ years of experience utilizing tools such as ACMS, CDS, IBEX, ETAC, and Tableau
  • 3+ years of Boeing Production System experience

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range:

Level 3: $96,050 - $129,950

Level 4: $119,850 - $162,150
