We value the diverse skills and experiences that can be gained away from the workforce. Whether you’re a parent, caregiver or otherwise returning from an extended absence, Boeing’s Return Flight Program provides you with a pathway to return to your career after an extended break and contribute to meaningful work that helps humanity take flight.

The Return Flight experience

Return Flight is a holistic paid workforce re-entry and support program. The program offers contract employment of varying lengths based on location that lasts for a minimum of 12 weeks. Return Flight also provides the potential for full-time employment upon successful completion of the contract period.

You will be paired with a mentor and a buddy to support your return to work and professional development. Together, we will help you develop your internal professional network.

Once the Return Flight program has been successfully completed, the skills you have gained and developed will give you the confidence to keep growing your career.
