The Boeing Company is seeking an Industrial Security Senior Managerto join the Enterprise Classified Security team in either Berkeley, MO; Arlington, VA, Huntsville, AL; Oklahoma City, OK; Ridley Park, PA; Seal Beach, CA; or Tukwila, WA.     

The senior manager will support the Strategy and Program Management Office (SPMO) Policy, Assessment and Compliance (PAC) Team.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the Policy, Assessment and Compliance (PAC) Team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement

  • Provide on-going developmental feedback and recognize contributions of individuals and teams to improve employee satisfaction and retain a skilled and motivated workforce

  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager, Strategy and Business Operations to support vertical goals, influence business outcomes and strategic direction

  • Partner with the Enterprise Classified Security Senior Leadership team to move strategic initiatives forward, while keeping a thoughtful focus on how team contributions fit into the larger departmental picture

  • Participate in business planning and decisions

  • Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports

  • Develop and execute projects and process plans, implement and improve policies and procedures, set operational goals and monitor metrics to ensure productivity and accountability

  • Ensure work group products or processes meet customer, company, quality, industry, and regulatory requirements

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by the federal government within the last 5 years, or requires candidate to have been enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program within the last 5 years

  • 10+ years of experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: NISP, SAP and/or SCI

  • 5+ years of experience leading change management and process improvement activities at a business unit or enterprise level

  • 5+ years of experience in leadership either formally or informally leading teams in a cross-functional environment

  • Ability to obtain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and/or Special Access Programs (SAP)

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience

  • 5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote customer service

  • 5+ years of experience in utilizing business acumen and linking Industrial Security strategies to business outcomes

  • 5+ years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives

  • 5+ years of experience communicating with internal and external customers

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $122,400 - $190,900
