We are seeking a Front of House / Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) at our Berlin location. As the face and voice of Boeing, you will create a warm and welcoming environment for visitors, including customers, colleagues, suppliers, and partners. Your role is vital in representing both your facility and the entire Boeing Company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage lobby and other common areas, ensuring they are spotless and professionally maintained.
  • Assist with arranging visits, meetings, conferences, and guest events.
  • Provide reception and guest management services, including answering calls and reserving conference rooms.
  • Take care of incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Coordinate vendors for events and office maintenance.
  • Collect and organize data for processing and maintain electronic information systems.
  • Order and manage office supplies, including stationery and kitchen items.
  • Support financial tasks, including invoice management, and answering queries of our finance department in Amsterdam.
  • Identify and report safety hazards and support employee onboarding/offboarding.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

By definition of the role and associated tasks, the role is 100% onsite. We have a dress code at the Front of House which requires corporate clothing (navy-blue uniform expensed by the company). This role is for a full-time position.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Graduate degree in administrative or secretarial studies.
  • Relevant experience in hospitality, travel, or a multinational company.
  • Strong teamwork, time management, and customer service skills.
  • High productivity / highly organized contributor with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Abitur, Fachabitur, or completed commercial training with relevant experience.

Important information regarding this requisition: This requisition is for a locally hired position in Germany. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE CURRENT LEGAL AUTHORIZATION TO WORK IMMEDIATELY IN GERMANY. BOEING WILL NOT ATTEMPT TO OBTAIN IMMIGRATION AND LABOUR SPONSORSHIP FOR ANY APPLICANTS. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.


Relocation:
This position does not offer relocation.  Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
