Our company is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team located in Englewood CO. In this position you will assist in driving Boeing Digital’s visual brand identity and creating visual content for various mediums, such as designing layouts, banners, event graphics, video editing, and social media graphics under the guidance of our senior designers.  

Position Responsibilities:

  • Create assets including infographics, website elements, social media graphics, and marketing collateral.
  • Partner with digital on website design updates and implementation.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity
  • Create visually appealing presentations, infographics, and reports for internal and external stakeholders and meetings.
  • Editing of video content – including explainer videos, demonstration videos, recorded webinars, customer case studies, and short form content 
  • Contribute to maintaining visual design consistency across digital platforms, following industry trends and innovations
  • Collaborate with the product marketing, growth marketing, brand, and content teams to ensure design consistency across all platforms

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, or related field 
  • 3+ years of experience  
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and skills.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma
  • Knowledge of motion graphics/video editing in After Effects (or other editing software)
  • Knowledge of design principles, typography, color, iconography, and layout
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creativity and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with a variety of video production and editing software
  • Passion for the aviation industry and improving aviation safety and sustainability 
  • Experience in a B2B enterprise software environment is highly desired, including collaboration with product marketing, content marketing, and growth/field marketing teams in a dynamic environment

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary Pay Range: $99,450.00 - $134,550.00
