Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Supply Chain is seeking a Procurement Analyst (Level 4) to join our Functional Excellence team supporting BCA programs in Everett, WA.

The Procurement Analyst will be accountable for stabilizing and executing supply chain improvements by coordinating people, tools, and workflows to deliver reliable, measurable, and repeatable outcomes. This role applies a strong supply chain knowledge alongside disciplined execution and systems thinking to improve how work gets done across the Global Supply Chain organization.

The successful candidate will operate as a project integrator and supply chain subject matter expert, leading cross-functional efforts from problem definition through implementation, translating production and operational needs into clear requirements, and guiding teams through execution and adoption. This role requires a self-directed leader who is comfortable making decisions, holding teams accountable, and driving outcomes in a complex, dynamic environment.

Some domestic travel between Boeing sites and suppliers may be required.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leverage strong knowledge of supply chain processes and ERPLN to drive supply chain process improvements. Analyzing current-state demand, supply, and procurement workflows and identifying opportunities to improve execution, stability, and efficiency.

  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional working groups to execute change, including defining scope, milestones, decision points, and success criteria.

  • Serve as a project integrator for cross-functional initiatives to drive improvements, translate operational and production needs into business requirements, ensuring requirements are clearly documented, understood, and actionable to deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Oversee implementation efforts, ensuring solutions are executed as intended, risks are surfaced early, and dependencies are actively managed.

  • Document processes, decisions, and standards to support repeatability, scalability, and long-term adoption across the organization.

  • Lead cross functional teams, present analysis, project plans, and status to stakeholders and leadership. Own end to end business process knowledge for assigned workstream(s) and articulate stakeholder impacts across adjacent functions.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus quickly.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 8+ years of experience in a supply chain related role integrating people, processes, and tools to achieve specific outcomes

  • Experience leading change management initiatives, including driving adoption of new processes, tools, or ways of working cross-functionally

  • Experience in program management best practices including stakeholder management, data driven decision making with an eye toward scalability and repeatable execution

  • Experience in executive level presentations in MS Powerpoint – Both developing presentation material and reporting out; influencing and aligning stakeholders across all levels without direct authority

  • Proficient in MS Excel and other industry standard tools for data analysis and visualization

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field

  • 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Formal Project Management training or certification

  • Experience working in SAP, and/or in SAP / ERP Implementations

  • Experience developing and managing metrics / KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) ​

Summary pay range (Level 4): $125,100 - $145,950
