Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an exciting opportunity for a Staff Analyst (Senior or Principal) to support the 777 Systems Engineering Organization in Everett, WA.

Position Overview:

In this role, you have the unique opportunity to build relationships and collaborate across the multiple organizations within Fulfillment and across the Everett site. This ideal candidate will develop plans and objectives and provide data for management review and tracking performance to plan. Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings. Analyzes data and summarizes budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Senior and Principal Level Staff Analyst.

Position Responsibilities:

Experienced (Level 4):

  • Support Senior Leadership for 777 Systems Engineering.

  • Develop plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.

  • Provide data for management review and tracking performance to plan.

  • Develop, coordinate, and assess architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.

  • Conduct research and analyze data from multiple sources. Deliver informational or technical materials.

  • Research and evaluate strategic organizational issues and identify options.

  • Provide strategic design, logistics, and facilitation of large meetings/events.

  • Maintain budgets for the organization’s statement of work and a variety of administrative activities (e.g., team travel, recognition, service awards).

  • Monitor and track execution of the plan and communicate status to all project participants.

  • Plan and coordinate organizational facility requirements.

Senior (Level 5):

  • Support the Director of 777 Systems Engineering

  • Lead the development, planning, and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives

  • Partner with organization leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives

  • Review and evaluate strategic organizational issues and identify implementation recommendations

  • Provide continuous assessment of overall meeting/review architecture

  • Analyze and summarize data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g., budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs)

  • Develops executive level briefings

  • Lead the design, logistics, and facilitation of large meetings/events

  • Lead the development and maintenance of budgets for the organization’s statement of work and a variety of administrative activities (e.g., team travel, recognition, service awards).

  • Plan and coordinate organizational facility requirements

Work Authorization:

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options (Everett, WA).

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience collecting and interpreting data

  • 5+ years of experience working with MS Office Suite, such as Word, Excel and MS Project

  • Experience creating executive level presentations

  • Experience leading or supporting staffing activities

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 5+ years of related analytical experience

  • 5+ years of experience working with and supporting senior leadership

  • 5+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis, and presenting data.

Pay and Benefits:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Summary Pay Range:

  • Senior (Level 4): $104,550 - $141,450

  • Principal (Level 5): $131,750 - $178,250
