The Boeing Global Services (BGS) organization is looking for Business Development Representatives to join our team in Hazelwood, MO; Arlington, VA; Mesa, AZ; Ridley Park, PA; or Renton or Everett, WA.

Boeing Global Services - Government (BGS-G) supports military and government operations around the world through innovative and reliable service offerings, ensuring mission readiness and effectiveness for our customers. The BGS-G International Business Development & Strategy (BD&S) team is seeking multiple Senior Business Development and Capture Team Leads (CTLs) to lead key campaigns for BGS-G in either the Europe, Israel Canada and Latin America (EICLA), Middle East, Turkey, and Africa (META) or the Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions.

This role is a critical part of BGS-G's international growth strategy, offering the opportunity to lead key business capture efforts, shape regional strategy, and support new business development across diverse and evolving services portfolios including Fighter (F-15, F-18), Commercial Derivative/Mobility (P-8, KC-46, KC-135, E-7, E-3, others), Vertical Lift (CH-47, AH-64) aircraft and training systems. This is a high impact, high-visibility opportunity to influence regional strategy and drive business outcomes across a dynamic market. This role requires close collaboration with Program Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Training, Field Operations, Finance, and various Functional Leadership.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Capture Leadership & Strategy Development:

Serve as Capture Team Lead (CTL) for select, high-priority campaigns. Drive the internal and external sales process, manage stakeholder alignment, and ensure successful capture execution. Lead the development and execution of capture strategies for large, complex defense programs, including competitive analysis, win themes, and value propositions. Collect and analyze relevant information from internal and external sources to support strategy development and alignment across the Boeing enterprise.

  • Cross-functional Team Leadership & Coordination:

Direct cross-functional teams through the full capture lifecycle, from opportunity identification through proposal submission.

  • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with defense customers, prime contractors, and other key stakeholders to shape acquisition strategies and influence requirements.

  • Gate Reviews & Reporting:

Prepare and present opportunity status, capture plans, and investment justifications to executive leadership during gate reviews and decision briefings. Analyze competitive landscape, assess risk factors, and develop mitigation strategies and differentiators to enhance win probability.

  • Budgeting & Resource Planning:

Develop and manage capture budgets, track expenditures, and ensure proper resource allocation throughout the capture process.

  • Communication Planning:

Develop communication plans and strategies to effectively convey information to customers and stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent military experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in any of the following disciplines in the defense, aerospace, or government services sectors: Business Development, Capture Management, Strategy, Program Management, Contracts/Estimating/Finance
  • Experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
  • Experience working with multiple internal or external stakeholders (i.e. business partner, customer, Finance, etc.) in planning and executing projects
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally ~30% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Business Development/Capture experience in product support including pipeline development and leading capture
  • Experience communicating with senior Government representatives (US and international)
  • Familiarity with Integrated Business Acquisition Process (IBAP) and Enterprise Standard Gated Process (ESGP)
  • Experience working in an international portfolio
  • Fluency in second or multiple languages

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $109,650 - $158,700
