The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Estimating and Pricing Compliance Team Lead in Hazelwood, MO.

As the Senior Team Lead for Government Estimating Home Office Compliance, this role directs a team of three estimators and provides enterprise-wide support to the acquisition community to ensure the estimating system adheres to federal regulations and Boeing policies and procedures. This position shapes and sustains the government estimating system across all sites and programs, acts as the primary point of contact for estimating system audits, and regularly engages with executive leadership and other functions, as well as DCAA and DCMA. Close collaboration with the Proposal Quality Review (PQR) team is also a core responsibility. 

The ideal candidate respectfully collaborates with customers to define needs and deliver solutions; excellent verbal and written communicator, self-starter, and proven team leader who drives projects from concept to completion.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers

  • Update and maintain Boeing Estimating System Manual

  • Lead team of 3 compliance focals to maintain a compliant estimating system

  • Work cross-functionally with contracts, supply chain and procurement financial analysis counterparts to ensure consistent guidance 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • 10+ years of experience with government proposals

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in compliance roles (i.e. estimating, contracts, government compliance, etc.)

Pay and Benefits:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $144,500 - $195,500
