An internship opportunity has arisen at Boeing's UK Global Real Estate Planning & Strategy (GREPS) department.

The role on offer is for a 6-month Global Real Estate Planning & Strategy (GREPS) Intern to start in July/August 2025 and it's responsibilities will include:

General:

  • Support GREPS & Legal team work statements as required
    • Participate in weekly team meeting
    • Support data calls and reporting associated with work statements

Special Project:

  • Re-organise the Global Real Estate virtual contract library for International portfolio. This will involve;
    • Log & review each sub folder to assess whether documents are properly labelled in accordance with The Boeing Company (TBC) naming convention;
    • where necessary, making recommendations & amending labels of documents to ensure compliance with naming convention;
    • analysing each document to determine whether it is a current or historic document;
    • Log recommendations to re-organise folders, ensuring they are more user friendly, including:
      • separating out original local language documents from their English translated versions;
      • archiving historic documents into a separate folder;
    • determining whether folders are complete or whether there are missing documents and record archive recommendations within an excel log for Management review.

The successful candidate will be expected to work independently to achieve success and to work closely with Boeing’s real estate professionals and legal counsel.

  • Develop Project Plan
  • Coordinate & collaborate with internal GREPS & Legal team members
  • Ensure deadlines & deliverables are met
  • Provide regular reporting and team insight on special project delivery

  • Ideal candidate will have a law degree with particular interest & experience in real estate a plus.

The candidate will benefit from insight into Planning, Transaction & Project Management disciplines within Boeing Global Real Estate Planning & Strategy organization and provide feedback on potential process enhancements / improvements.

Additional Information:  

Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.
