Tapestry Solutions, a part of Boeing Global Services BGS, is seeking a Financial Analyst in Maryland Heights, MO. In this role, not only will you provide business insight for a Commercial Product, GOLDesp, as you integrate financial data, but will also lead processes, drive efficiency and develop strong relationships with a multitude of business partners. You will also provide consultation for a COTS product for business and finance leadership as an integral part of execution for both domestic and international contracts. This role will offer a mix of in-office (minimum 2 days per week) and telecommuting work.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Perform financial analysis and integration for Logistics Products Services (LPS) programs

  • Develop resource spend plans, Estimates at Completion (EACs) and forecasts for program budgets and monitor performance to plan

  • Support of program annual long-range business plan (LRBP) and monthly forecast

  • Performs regular variance analysis and provides recommendations to senior leaders

  • Develop, analyze and deliver monthly program performance reporting

  • Makes recommendations to senior leaders using financial data and business knowledge

  • Creates a culture of continuous improvement by communicating/deploying enterprise best practices and employee engagement to improve quality, cost, delivery and customer satisfaction

  • Establishes partnerships and relationships with program leadership, peers and functional leaders

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • 1+ years of experience in finance related position

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel application

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Motivated self-starter and self-directed learner with a creative mind, and strong attention to detail

  • Experience with Financial Systems (Deltek Costpoint, Unanet, etc)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Pay & Benefits:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary base pay range $64,000 - $75,000
