We have a full-time permanent opportunity for a Business Operations Program Integrator to join the team in support of our Boeing Commercial Aircraft (BCA) programs based on site in Port Melbourne.

In this hands-on role, you will utilise your people, operational, and technical skills to collaborate with various BAA functions and the wider Boeing company team members.

About the role

  • Serve as “voice of the customer,” providing guidance and input to internal and external stakeholders and groups
  • Develop and strengthen relationships across and outside the business
  • Provide Executive support and reporting on Program performance and emergent risks and issues
  • Lead cross-functional teams through various initiatives and responses and studies
  • Develop new, and mature existing Production reporting within BAA
  • Create and maintain an effective operating cadence for reviewing business requirements
  • Collect, organise and provide data according to established processes within management systems to maintain status of programs, customer and supplier commitments and compliance
  • Responsible for planning of existing work statement and leads efforts for rolling wave planning related to rate studies and change management efforts
  • Primary point of contact for the Program Master Scheduling team
  • Identify risk and opportunity potential and develop mitigation planning. Meet with leadership to gain approval and ensure follow up action for issue resolution
  • Uses trend, variance analysis and risk assessment to develop mitigation plans or to recommend change
  • Perform project management activities in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry (e.g., PMI, Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK], ANSI, and ISO-standards)

Basic qualifications (required skills / experience)

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including demonstrated experience in the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to understand the big picture and the inter-relationships of all positions and activities in the system, including the impact of changes in one area on another area
  • Understanding of how to accomplish tasks through formal channels and informal network; understands the cultures of organizations
  • Drive for action and engagement
  • Manufacturing and/or aerospace experience desired
