Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Entry Level Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic team in Mesa, Arizona, Bellevue, Everett and Kent, Washington, Berkeley and Hazelwood, Missouri, Huntsville, Alabama, Long Beach and Seal Beach, California.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the development and deployment of internal/external process improvements, organization initiatives and projects/procurement activities.
  • Assists with the maintenance of processes and systems
  • Utilizes procurement/planning systems to ensure planning, validation, and maintaining of all requirements for procurement analysis
  • Supports the coordination and tracking of action items and metrics, supplier management procedures for planning, procurement plans, shortage mitigation, schedule validation, self-governance, and inventory analysis
  • More than 1 year of experience in access management, identity & access governance, or IT security.
  • Strong knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) and supplier access management tools.
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance, user validation, and revalidation processes.
  • Hands-on experience with supplier enablement projects, system access control, and issue resolution.
  • Proficiency in Exostar, STAR/CSMART, and ESA Footprints Project Management

This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position is for 1st shift.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • More than 1 year of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Excel, Access, or other database management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Strong analytical skills to manage large-scale user validation efforts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Typical Education/Experience:

Typically related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 15% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $54,400 - $71,4000
