The Boeing Company is looking for a Mid-Level Process Analyst to join the team in North Charleston, SC; Everett, WA; Huntsville, AL; Ridley Park, PA; Renton, WA; or Seattle, WA.

Architecture Chapter – Standards and Governance is currently looking for a qualified specialist to join the team. This position will focus on supporting process improvements, data quality, consumer communication and product sustainment of both Enterprise Systems Architecture Tools Suite (ESATS) and Search and Technology Request Network (SaTRN).

Join our team as a dynamic and skilled specialist with expertise in Information Technology (IT) portfolio management and the Information Technology process framework. This role requires the process analyst to take a leadership position in driving and supporting various internal process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, effectiveness, and overall service quality within the team. Furthermore, the process analyst will be responsible for defining and shaping future-state enhancements and strategic improvements that will directly benefit the consumer base, ensuring that Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) solutions evolve to meet emerging needs and deliver greater value to stakeholders.

You will also be instrumental in defining and shaping future-state enhancements and strategic innovations that deliver measurable value to our customers, ensuring our ITSM solutions evolve to meet the demands of a rapidly changing business landscape. Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads customer engagements by analyzing customer insights, competitor activities, and market trends to develop IT product processes, concepts, and capabilities

  • Creates comprehensive business cases and detailed product process plans

  • Oversees the development of business and functional requirements as well as the formulation of process trend analysis

  • Collaborates with IT professionals to ensure all requirements are accurately addressed and implemented

  • Supports product demonstrations, articulates value propositions, and actively represents and promotes IT products both internally and externally

  • Adjusts process capabilities and strategies to align with and achieve financial objectives

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience with structuring of metadata schemas and controlled vocabularies, including taxonomies and ontologies

  • 3+ years of experience in full software development life-cycle

  • 3+ years of experience in Lean process implementation

  • 3+ years of experience with data analysis and/or data mining

  • 3+ years of experience with Value Stream Mapping

  • 3+ years of experience with Scaled Agile Frameworks or Agile Methodologies

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience

  • Experience with Software Development

  • Experience with Lean training

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $87,550 - $126,500
