The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Mid-Level System Design and Integration Specialist to join the team in North Charleston, SC; Seattle, WA; Plano, TX; Berkeley, MO; or Hazelwood, MO.

The System Design and Integration Specialist will join the Global Service Engagement Platform (GSEP) and will be working with the ServiceNow platform.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Contributes to architecture and data/information management standards and strategies

  • Contributes to and facilitates Common Management Database/Common Service Data Model (CMDB/CSDM) governance processes

  • Provides technical design and implementation solutions to a wide range of technical problems

  • Provides Demand/Work Intake support and alignment for GSEP Platform

  • Communicates across multiple teams, organizations, and leaders to effectively articulate business goals and objectives

  • Documents information such as configuration and implementation following process and design standards

  • Uses and applies Agile and Kanban best practices

  • Analyzes and documents current state process, data and system architecture

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with the ServiceNow platform functionality including: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, & CMDB

  • Experience with business rules, process flows and how they are applied to enterprise solutions

  • Experience with Agile and SAFe best practices

  • Experience communicating across multiple teams, service owners, and key stakeholders

  • Experience with collecting, organizing and analyzing data and patterns from internal and external stakeholders and experts

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with demonstrating initiative, eagerness to learn, adaptability, and fundamental understanding of how IT application systems are designed and operated

  • Experience with Information Technology (IT) application systems

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $108,800 - $147,200
