Boeing’s Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) organization is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist to join our Facilities Management team in North Charleston, SC.

This role is dedicated to integration and communication efforts supporting the facilities expansion projects at the 787 Charleston site. The Project Manager will represent the Facilities Management (FM) organization and collaborate across all Facilities disciplines to ensure seamless execution from planning through implementation.

Key responsibilities include identifying and removing roadblocks, facilitating collaboration among teams, and ensuring follow-through to maintain alignment across cross-functional teams. The Project Management Specialist will receive daily direction from the Senior Program Manager of the Projects, Asset Management, Construction, and Engineering (PACE) organization and will report organizationally to the Facilities Management Center of Excellence (COE).

Position Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary integration and communications lead for the FM COE coordinating internal and external communications and approvals

  • Help develop, integrate, and implement programs, plans, strategies and processes to meet business objectives and authorization requirements

  • Collect, organize, analyze and present data to validate results, track commitments and provide visibility into program status and risks

  • Identify risks and opportunities; develop mitigation plans and drive timely resolution of issues impacting operations

  • Support cross-functional project teams, emergent program requirements and ongoing business management activities

  • Engage leadership to obtain approvals, provide status updates and drive follow-up actions

  • Coach and provide guidance to less experienced personnel when applicable

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners to foster collaboration and support business goals

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in program or project management

  • 3+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams

  • 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft office suite

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills and experience crafting messages for senior leaders

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Project management Certification or degree

  • Experience in change management, program management, business operations, or related fields

  • Experience supporting facilities management, supply chain, construction, engineering, or related business functions

  • Experience in visual storytelling, graphic design, education design, or presentation development

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $113,050 - $152,950
