Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Mobility, Surveillance and Bombers (MS&B) is looking for an Experienced Systems Engineering Support Analyst - Data Analytics Analyst to join their team in Oklahoma City, OK.

The Systems Engineering Support Analyst - Data Analytics Analyst assists in the maintenance and integration of technical, cost, value, risks, and specialty engineering considerations into data analytics products. This position interfaces with other members of the project or program teams, management and customers, and suppliers to meet group, organization, and company objectives by creating and maintaining insightful data analytics. They will guide and facilitate the development and integration of plans, strategies, and processes to achieve business goals related to engineering improvement , cost analysis and impact analyses. This role coordinates with business partners to validate analyses, define scope, and develop business cases aligned with long-range objectives in addition to supporting executive level leadership in running the business with informed and educated, data-driven insights.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Work with people across the division to identify data analytic and business intelligence needs, define requirements, curate and translate data, design, and deliver data analytics in visual tools such as Tableau.
  • Assist leadership with data-driven insights to improve decision making with informed and educated analysis.
  • Researches, analyzes, and compiles technical data for company products and system-level concepts in the projected operational environments to optimize effectiveness over the program lifecycle.
  • Applies systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools to the design of the data analytics foundation and delivered products.
  • Derives and develops architectures, functional requirements, refinements, and product designs.
  • Assists in the integration of technical, cost, value, risks, and specialty engineering considerations into data analytics products.
  • Interfaces with other members of the project or program teams, management and customers to meet group, organization and company objectives.
  • Performs technical planning and control; maintains and improves processes and software tools.
  • Rigorously documents the data analytic system infrastructure, data flow, processes, system connections, and delivery approaches and implementation.
  • Stay current with emerging tools, technologies, and industry best practices
  • Trains and instructs others.
  • Works under general direction.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite in Oklahoma City.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher. 
  • 5 or more years of related experience.
  • Experience functioning in a cross-functional environment.
  • Proven experience in business operations, program management, or related fields. 
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. 
  • Ability to coordinate complex projects and engage multiple stakeholders. 
  • Experience in developing Tableau Dashboards or similar equivalents.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
  • Experience with ADO and agile methodologies.
  • Experience with Oracle, Teradata or Toad.

Relocation:

This position does not offer relocation.  The selected candidate will need to be located in the surrounding area or relocate at their own expense.

Shift:

This is a 1st shift position.

Summary Pay Range: $92,650 – 125,350
