Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is looking for Program Integration Officer (Level M). This B-52Radar Modernization Program (RMP) Program Integration Officer (PIO) is set to join the team located in Oklahoma City, OK.

B-52 RMP is a major large scale development program within Boeing Defense Space & Security. This position provides critical leadership interfaces to the B-52 RMP Government Customer, the B-52 RMP Program Manager and B-52J and senior leadership team.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting the RMP Program Manager in ensuring end to end synergy across all program IPTs and contractual compliance.
  • Oversees high first-time quality and on-time milestone completion.
  • Defines disciplined baseline controls.
  • Responsible for RIO effectiveness and overall PM best practice adherence.
  • The PIO will focus on program execution excellence.
  • Maintains leading indicating healthy performance to plan metrics and dashboards
  • Accountable for timely reconciliation of issues and help needed within and across program functions and IPTs

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with critical business and financial acumen including risk, issue, and opportunity management to drive performance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with Senior Leaders/Executives to establish and execute on strategic plans and objectives.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams to execute to safety, quality, delivery & cost commitments/targets.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with internal and external customers and suppliers.
  • Experience developing and managing strong relationships with partners (internal & external) and government customers and representatives.
  • ​Experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field.
  • Strong Program Management experience.
  • Demonstrated Program Management leadership experience driving successful execution.
  • Experience with defense related programs.
  • Experience with Strategic planning and risk mitigation.
  • Demonstrable critical business and financial acumen in order to influence and shape strategy.
  • Strong business acumen and relationship skills needed to build partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and peers.
  • Inspirational leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong business and technical acumen.
  • Lead by influence.
  • Detailed knowledge of Enterprise functions supporting the programs.
  • Ability to effectively interface with all levels of customer and Boeing leadership.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $167,450 – $226,550
