Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Deputy Program Manager (Level K) to lead our Landing Gear Program. In this role, the focus will be on the overall business and Profit/Loss (P&L) responsibility for Boeing’s Landing Gear Exchange service offerings. The selected candidate will drive operational financial improvements, employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and future growth strategy in Plano, TX.

Position Responsibilities

  • Business and P&L leader for the Landing Gear Program: exchange, lease, and sales

  • Lead the Integrated Product Team (IPT) that includes direct reports and team members across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Contracts, and Supplier Management

  • Responsible for overall program: customer satisfaction, profitability, program execution, supplier performance, and growth

  • Accountable to Business Unit leadership, engage regularly with key functional executive leadership.

  • Responsible for selective growth and driving profitability for the Landing Gear portfolio of services.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • 5+ years’ experience in a role requiring project / program management skills

  • 3+ years’ experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role

  • 3+ years’ experience P&L (Profit & Loss) leadership

  • Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • Experience in commercial aftermarket aviation services strongly preferred

  • Operational and supply chain acumen

  • Negotiation skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: 112,000 – 159,000
