Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Experienced Facilities Maintenance Analyst to join our Equipment Services team based out of Renton, WA.

As a Facilities Maintenance Analyst, you will support maintenance of production assets across various Boeing airplane programs. This role involves generating Preventative Maintenance (PM) plans, acquiring materials, and scheduling services for facilities activities. You will level-load PMs based on asset and resource availability, and create and implement schedules that align with system, customer, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will communicate with both internal and external suppliers and customers to coordinate scheduled activities, and lead discussions and meetings focused on reliability and failure data.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Receives and responds to internal and external customer requests for services or goods related to buildings, equipment and systems

  • Performs studies and conducts research to determine the feasibility, viability and capability of a program or project

  • Defines, plans and manages projects

  • Coordinates facilities activities with internal and external customers and suppliers of construction and maintenance services

  • Develops and documents specifications and monitors contractual/procedural commitments

  • Collects and logs data from various systems to perform analysis on buildings, equipment, systems, processes and procedures to make recommendations and implement improvements

  • Provides technical support, problem resolution, training and troubleshooting assistance for various facilities hardware, software, systems and processes

  • Creates, reviews, improves and documents processes and procedures related to facilities operations

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Renton, WA.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 

  • 3+ years of experience with PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and presentations

  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel using formulas, VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets

  • 1+ years of experience using professional written and verbal communication skills to achieve deliverables

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • 3+ years of experience using Maximo or other Computerized Maintenance Software Systems

  • 3+ years of experience with performing predictive and/or preventative maintenance (level loading)

  • 3+ years of financial analysis experience (ex: actuals vs. estimates, labor cost analysis, procurement)

  • 3+ years of experience with work order control (management)

  • 3+ years of experience analyzing and applying metrics to enable key business decisions and process improvements

  • 3+ years of SQL and Oracle database query experience (related to data, reporting, and metrics)

  • General maintenance background/experience

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Summary Pay Range: $86,700 - $117,300
