This position sits on the Experiential Marketing team, a highly creative and innovative group within the BCA Sales and Marketing organization that creates experiences and marketing content to grow relationships, increase business, and generate preference for Boeing in the minds of our customers and partners.

The primary responsibility for this role is to collaborate closely with commercial marketing teams to develop graphics and assets for B2B marketing materials (2D physical and digital), immersive experiences, and executive presentations. They will also be responsible for developing 3D capabilities on the team to create, design, and modify detailed 3D virtual graphics, renderings, and illustrations of airplanes and liveries.

The deliverables created in this role will be used to promote the value of Boeing’s products and convey aviation market insights that will be viewed by airline leadership and industry decision makers worldwide. This role requires transforming complex technical information into accessible and visually engaging content. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and highly collaborative.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Create, develop, and modify graphics and assets for a variety of formats including interactive touchscreens, mobile devices, printed materials, and physical activations.

  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to create high-impact PowerPoint presentations that effectively convey strategic messages to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Act as a design consultant within the organization.

  • Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance the quality and effectiveness of content and advance the team’s capabilities.

  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and pivot quickly in response to changing priorities or feedback.

  • Foster strong relationships within the organization and become knowledgeable of Boeing Commercial Airplane programs and products.

  • Lead the exploration and implementation of adding new design capabilities to the team; including 3D airplane rendering design, animation, and motion graphics.

Please provide a portfolio demonstrating a range of graphic design work which demonstrates creativity and strategic thinking across different themes and audiences.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher OR equivalent work experience

  • 5+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design software

  • 5+ years of experience in developing graphics, content, and visuals for products and services

  • 3+ years’ experience as a graphic designer or similar role within a corporate or agency setting

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience bringing a new capability onto a team

  • Experience collaborating directly with executives

  • Experience creating PowerPoint presentations for senior leaders

  • Familiarity with the aviation or other highly technical industry

  • Experience in copywriting and proofreading

  • Strong storytelling, data visualization, and narrative development abilities

  • Familiarity with design thinking and UX design principles

  • Experience with animation and motion graphics

  • 3+ years’ experience with Unreal Engine, 3D Studio Max, Cinema 4D, Maya, and/or Substance Painter

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range:

Level 3 - $96,000 - $112,000

Level 4 - $120,000 - $140,000
