We are currently seeking an experienced marketing and brand leader to assume the role of Senior Manager, Commercial Brand and Customer Partnership Marketing and join our team onsite in Renton, WA.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite one of at the listed locations.

This role initiates, inspires and guides the strategy, development and execution of exceptional brand marketing in support of BCA business goals, and all co-marketing activities between BCA and its airline and leasing customers. The person will join a cross-functional team of marketers, communicators, product owners and other subject matter experts who collaborate closely with business partners, customers and creative teams to launch Boeing products and create new customer experiences. This role will ensure a close partnership and integration with the enterprise brand team. Using an objective and insights-driven approach, the role will lead efforts to build awareness and position the benefits of the Boeing family of commercial airplanes and connect the Boeing brand with current and future customers globally.

They can also quickly familiarize themselves at a high level with new issues to lead and support their team, as well as pivot from supporting work in one issue to the next. The successful candidate is a proven team builder and thought leader, with demonstrated success working in a matrixed organization and across time zones to lead a high-functioning, integrated and global team.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Own the translation of business objectives into brand strategies that connect with target audiences

  • Strategize, plan, and coordinate high impact brand marketing activities globally for Boeing’s commercial airplane product lines

  • Lead integrated marketing communications planning, collaborating cross-functionally to achieve shared goals

  • Develop and drive comarketing and promotion of Boeing products and services with our airline customers through jointly-planned activities.

  • Provide marketing, brand, product promotion and marketing communication support to airlines before, during and after airplane acquisition through a broad range of activities.

  • Partner with the enterprise Brand & Content team to steward Boeing’s brand strategy; maintain alignment on identity, design and related standards.

  • Devise and maintain appropriate metrics for assessing the performance of strategies and tactics, including but not limited to brand reputation and business impact.

  • Provide coaching and clarity to the team, strengthen pride, trust and engagement while connecting the team to the company’s vision and mission, and business priorities.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Advertising, Marketing and/or Communications

  • 10+ years of experience with global marketing, brand management or positioning strategies

  • 10+ years of experience with social media, digital and multi-channel strategies

  • 3+ years of experience leading and managing teams and/or leading initiatives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Demonstrated leadership managing and coaching people through change, and modeling and promoting company values and behaviors to elevate individual and team performance

  • Experience building relationships and partnerships across the business and at all levels, including executives, consultants and contractors

  • Proven success leading teams to execute multifaceted, global activities and projects internally and with creative agencies

  • Client or agency experience managing multi-channel marketing communications

  • Experience working at an airline and/or in the aerospace industry

  • Advanced degree in marketing, business, advertising or related field

  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally

  • Fluency in other languages is a plus

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $172,500 - $233,450
