The Boeing Supplier Management Commercial Training Solutions team is seeking a Senior Contracts Procurement Agent to join the team in Seattle, WA.

This position will focus on supporting Boeing Global Services (BGS) Commercial Training Solutions.

Position Responsibilities:

  • The candidate must possess strong business acumen, communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Negotiate and execute supply chain agreements in support of Commercial Training Solutions Services.

  • Supports the sourcing strategies, negotiations, and documentation of contracts and agreements.

  • Supports pricing and lead-time negotiations for services.

  • Engages with executive leadership and presents on contractual risks, opportunities, and issues.

  • Follows Boeing procurement processes to issue purchase orders to suppliers for parts and services.

  • Collaboration with other internal teams to gain process efficiencies and meet the needs of our internal and external customers’ requirements.

  • Proactive engagement with various disciplines and program stakeholders is required.

  • Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ or more years of related work experience in Procurement or Supply Chain processes

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)

  • 5+ years of experience in a role which required strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • 5+ years of experience leading managing projects

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed

  • Experience with interacting directly with suppliers regarding contract requirements and/or proposals

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field

  • Experience with industry SAP (System Applications and Product) and/or an equivalent such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)

  • Experience in a self-directed role

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $98,000.00 - $150,000.00
