BGS Military Commercial Derivative Aircraft Maintenance Engineering team is seeking a Senior Product Support Integrator to lead maintenance engineering integration for VC-25B program.  VC-25B is the United States Air Force’s newest Presidential Aircraft.  The candidate will be working as part of an integrated team providing support for maintenance engineering and technical publications and will report to the Boeing Global Services (BGS) engineering function.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the Tukwila, WA facility.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning and technical Integration of the maintenance engineering data sources, schedule, deliverables and metrics.

  • Support multiple Statements of Work (SOWs) within Maintenance Engineering

  • Support the development of technical descriptions and Basis of Estimates (BOE) for new business proposals

  • Lead integration planning efforts for Maintenance Steering Committee meetings (MSG-3)

  • Lead brown/green rooms to coordinate ETAC events for data interfaces

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • 10+ years’ project management experience

  • 5+ years’ product/customer support experience

  • 5+ years’ project management scheduling software (MS Project or AzureDevOps)

  • 3+ years’ experience with the Maintenance Steering Committee (MSG-3) Process

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with Enterprise Standard Gated Process (ESGP)

  • Experience with ETAC tool for tracking hand-offs

  • Experience with Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)

  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification through PMI

  • Experience working with technical data to include engineering drawings and specifications

Typical Education/Experience:

  • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Travel:

  • 10% travel will be required to support program activities include site visits.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.  Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
