Product Support Engineer
Responsibilities
- Influence the design for supportability, reliability, maintainability, and operability of products.
- Define, evaluate, and maintain supportability requirements, and develop and manage engineering elements of the support system.
- Analyze and design modification and repair solutions.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide technical assistance for Boeing products.
- Support proposal development to shape the future of our products.
- Collaborate with a team that ensures the continued safety and reliability of our products.
