Boeing is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Enterprise Supply Chain and Procurement Manager located in Aurora, CO, to serve as the cross-site Supply Chain Manager for our enterprise logistics operations supporting a mission critical Operations & Maintenance (O&M) portfolio. This senior manager will direct, coordinate, and manage all aspects of enterprise supply chain and procurement activities to ensure platform readiness, mission sustainment, and cost-effective logistics support across multiple sites.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the cross-site Supply Chain Manager responsible for all aspects of the enterprise supply chain including loading logistics support centers, warehouse management, vehicle management, transportation management, shipping and receiving, property management, procurement management, and copier maintenance
  • Direct, coordinate, and manage cross-functional work teams across sites to deliver logistics and procurement services; establish clear roles, priorities and accountability
  • Manage both O&M logistical operations and mission logistics operations, ensuring continuity and responsiveness during surge and contingency operations
  • Act as the central point of contact for supply chain matters with CLIN Managers, COTRs, and GPOCs and notify site logistics GPOCs of significant logistics events in a timely manner
  • Oversee procurement programs for spares, consumables, and services; ensure compliance with contract terms, government regulations, and company policies
  • Manage accountable property lifecycle—receipt, inventory, storage, issue, transfer, maintenance, and disposal—and maintain accurate property records
  • Implement and standardize quality control and best practices to ensure consistent performance across sites; institute metrics and KPIs to monitor performance
  • Lead process improvement initiatives using recognized models (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to increase efficiency, reduce cycle times, and lower operating costs
  • Provide necessary information and cost data to estimate and calculate the costs of services, support budget/financial planning, and report on cost variances
  • Ensure records, documentation, and reporting meet contractual, regulatory, and audit requirements
  • Coordinate vendor management, supplier performance evaluation, and continuous improvement with procurement and sourcing teams
  • Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to logistics and supply chain staff; ensure a safe and compliant workplace

Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.


Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years managing complex projects/programs
  • 2+ consecutive years of supervisory experience within logistics or supply chain operations
  • 2+ years’ experience in warehousing operations and procurement program management
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Formal certification in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or project management (e.g., CPSM, CPM, CPIM, PMP, Lean/Six Sigma)
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Experience interacting with government representatives (COTR, GPOC), CLIN managers, and senior leadership

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $178,000 - $220,000
